Summary of professional and academic experience:

In January 2010, she founded the MITIDIERI & PARTNERS LAW AND TAX FIRM, with offices in Milan and Rome.

Previously, she collaborated since the year 1995 with KStudio Associate of Legal and Tax Consultancy of the KPMG Network, in which she was an Ordinary Member from 2001 to 2009, with an ongoing and interdisciplinary focus (legal, tax, and corporate governance) on strategic groups and clients of KPMG (private and public entities; trade associations, institutions), as well as taking care of development projects and coordination of the initiatives within the KPMG International Tax Center (GICT, Global International Corporate Tax Practice House, present in 55 countries around the world).

She has gained significant experience in assisting domestic and foreign clients in consultancy activities, whether of ordinary and extraordinary nature, with a particular focus on large corporate clients and in the credit and financial sector.

Her areas of expertise, furthermore, include the taxation of corporate reorganizations, financial and real estate taxation, the planning of personal assets, and succession, with a broad experience in cases related to the irregular holding of assets and income abroad, and relationships with international companies.

She also assists clients in the pre-litigation phase, and in the procedures for defining tax disputes through adhesion and conciliatory procedures.

From 2002 to 2004, she has taught for the Higher School of Economics and Finance, Department of Economic and Tax Sciences.

In 2010, she was a member of the Committee of Experts of the CASSA DEPOSITI E PRESTITI, on specific projects for the tax, budget, corporate equity departments.

She graduated in Law from the University of Pisa (with a grade point average of 110 with honors and dignity of the press) and specialized in Banking Law at the same university, Institute of Public Law of Economics and Science of Finance.

She attended the Master in “Tax Law and Corporate Taxation”, conducted by L.U.I.S.S. School of Management of Rome, 1995 – 1996 edition, the Master in “Wealth Planning and Wealth Management”, led by IPSOA; Milan April-July 2016 and the Master in “International taxation”, Eutekne; Rome 2015.

She is enrolled in the Register of Lawyers.

Author of monographs for CIRIEC and CEDAM. She’s a speaker for important conferences, and she publishes in specialized magazines.

Member of the Marisa Bellisario Foundation.
