We begin to collect information and documentary material that may be useful for carrying out the preliminary analysis of the case. We analyze, verify and evaluate the sources, with the necessary direct feedback from our customers. We speak with them in order to perfectly grasp their will, their intentions, which we will try to achieve by reconciling, where appropriate, different, even conflicting needs and interests.

The first phase of the study, analysis, and verification serves as a basis for the second phase of evaluation of the specific case. We always try to find and formulate more solution hypotheses to best meet the needs of our customers. The enucleation of the various solutions is studied and approached through an assessment of costs/benefits – economic, financial, strategic, ethical – which is needed to select the hypotheses that, in our opinion, best satisfy the objectives to be achieved.

The hypotheses formulated are also presented to the customer with numerical examples, graphical representations, and with all the various considerations that have been developed and served as drivers in the choice of pertinent rather than other solutions. The evaluation of the various hypotheses is done together with the customers, in a constant effort aimed at grasping their will, to which we lend the utmost means at our disposal to achieve their objectives.

The previous phases of strategic tailored design are followed by the operational implementation phase of the chosen hypothesis.
